Southeast Asian countries are currently excited to compete in the biennial multi-sport event called the Southeast Asian Games or SEA Games. This event has been held since 1959, and the current SEA Games is the 31st time.
The 31st SEA Games take place from May 12 to 23, 2022 in Hanoi and 11 neighboring provinces and cities. There are 526 events and over 10,000 athletes, coaches, and referees from 11 Southeast Asian sports delegations, such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, and Timor-Leste.
To welcome SEA Games, the Propaganda Department of the Central Youth Union invites Vietnamese especially the youth to decorate their social media profile picture with a Twibbonize frame, especially on their Facebook which is widely used in Vietnam to enjoy the biggest sports event in Southeast Asia.

With this frame, the Propaganda Department of the Central Youth Union encourages Vietnamese youth to accompany the 31st SEA Games. In the middle of the SEA Games event, tens of thousands of people used the photo frame to support the success of the 31st SEA Games.
Cited from the Journal of the Central Propaganda Department, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh said that SEA Games is not simply a sporting event for Southeast Asian countries to achieve high achievements, but also a festival to show solidarity and friendship and as a place for cultural exchange between countries in the region.
According to the Journal of the Central Propaganda Department, with all the preparations and the events organized at SEA Games, Vietnam as the host country shows its role and responsibility for the Southeast Asian sports movement to be an active and responsible member to make a full contribution for ASEAN, “for a stronger Southeast Asia”.
