In response to the changes and merging of our subscription services to Twibbonize Premium, therefore, we will convert all subscription costs for Twibbonize Silver and Twibbonize Gold users to Twibbonize Premium. As a result, all Twibbonize Silver and Twibbonize Gold users who have subscribed, whether on a monthly or annual basis, will automatically have a Twibbonize Premium account and will be exempt from subscription fees for a certain period based on the subscription price they have paid previously.
Please refer to the following scheme for an explanation of the conversion of Twibbonize Silver and Twibbonize Gold subscription fees to Twibbonize Premium:

- All these changes will take effect on 14th August 2023 at 00:00.
- This compensation only applies to users whose subscription packages are still active and have been paid before 14th August 2023 at 00:00 WIB.
- All these changes only apply to Indonesian users.
