One threat that burdened health sector both in regional and global scale is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever or commonly known as DHF. Citing asean.org, DHF is an epidemic in ASEAN countries which are endemic areas, that’s why at the 10th ASEAN Health Ministers Meeting in 2010, ASEAN Dengue Day was established on 15 June.
DHF here is a disease caused by a mosquito-borne virus in the Asia Pacific Region, and is a tropical disease that has a wide clinical spectrum which includes both severe and non-severe clinical manifestations.
Just like other important days in health sector, to commemorate ASEAN Dengue Day, the Ministry of Health of one of the ASEAN member countries, Indonesia, has prepared a Twibbonize frame to be used by all parties to support it.

Quoted the Directorate of Health Promotion and Community Empowerment of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, this is a realization of Indonesia’s commitment at the national level and as an effort to control dengue fever in terms of prevention, control, and management. The goal is to reduce the incidence and mortality due to DHF.
