In commemorating 2022 Earth Day, the Youth Formation Division of the Department of Education (DepEd), Philippines invites Filipino to take action, especially the youth. According to the DepEd memorandum No. 032, s. 2022, various DepEd offices and schools have initiated various activities that protect the planet and support the call for a healthier and more resilient planet. With that being said, you may have heard about the campaign of Saribuhay 2022 held by the School Division of Santa Rosa City to celebrate Earth Month in the Philippines.
Through its Facebook post, Youth Formation of DepEd Tayo said that youth should have the simple yet effective power for their voices to be heard through their choices, civic actions, and personal interactions with “Puso, Galing at Talino” which is translated as “Heart, Awesome and Talent”.
“Looking or thinkingahead about what each of us does, and how we implement it, has a huge ripple effect on our ecosystems, and on the pace of corporate and government action,” said Youth Formation of DepEd Tayo through its Facebook post, Monday (4/18).
In order for the people to be involved and be a part of the change, the Youth Formation Division of the Department of Education promotes and conserves our Planet through a Twibbonize frame as below;
